At the time of booking card details will be required. A cheque will be accepted as a deposit to the sum of the first nights stay (made payable to 'The Old Manse B & B')

A letter to confirm the booking will be sent, together with the Bexhill guide and any further required information on the area.

Notice of cancellation given before 7 days of arrival will be charged a £20 administration fee.

Of stays cancelled less than 7 days before arrival we will reserve the right to charge the amount of the first nights stay unless we can relet the room for the duration of the whole booking.

In the event of a curtailment of stay the remainder of the full duration of the booking will be made.

Payment by most major credit cards, cheque or cash.

Check-in time after 4pm. Earlier arrivals by prior arrangement.
