At the time of booking card details will be required, from this a non refundable administration fee of £20 will be charged per room, this fee will of course be deducted from your bill on departure, in some circumstances a cheque can be accepted (made payable to 'The Old Manse B & B')

A letter to confirm the booking will be sent, together with the Bexhill guide and any further required information on the area.

Notice of cancellation given before 7 days of arrival will only be charged the £20 administration fee.

Of stays cancelled less than 7 days before arrival we will reserve the right to charge the amount of the first nights stay unless we can relet the room for the duration of the whole booking.

In the event of a curtailment of stay the remainder of the full duration of the booking will be made.

Payment by most major credit cards, cheque or cash.

Check-in time after 4pm. Earlier arrivals by prior arrangement.
